The following criteria were checked against when selecting a venue for PLx:
- 300 person meeting capacity
- Suitable rooms for workshops
- Onsite/walkable accommodation
- Public transport hubs within walking distance
- Dates suitable
These criteria are reflective of the demands of hosting the event as well as aligned to the carbon emissions target to encourage the use of public transport where possible.
